Shipping Information:
Please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to be completed! The more notice we have, the better we'll be able to serve you! If you want to order very far in advance, please see OTHER below.
Your product will be shipping from either Florida or Michigan, depending on your location and/or where the product is made. When choosing your shipping date, allow 1 – 5 business days for Ground shipping. UPS 3-day, UPS 2-day air, and UPS Overnight shipping are also available. When the temperature is over 75 degrees at the final destination, we HIGHLY recommend UPS 2-day Air, or UPS Overnight Shipping, and you must be present to recieve your shipment when it arrives. Also, an ice pack is mandatory when the destination location temperature is above 75 degrees.
Returns:
We want you to be a satisfied customer, however, some things are out of our control, and there are inherent risks in shipping chocolate. Please note that we are not responsible for melted items if you are not at the shipping address to accept the shipment, and/or if you refuse an ice pack/ice pack with liner and the temperature is over 75 degrees at the final desination, and/or you decline rush shipping and the temperature is over 75 degrees.
Also, please be aware that some of our items are more fragile than others and although we pack them well in order to protect the items, and mark the box Fragile, occasionally some damages may still occur. Please read each item's description, and where prompted, please order a few extras to allow for damages. Some items are only available in the Tampa Bay area due to their fragility.
Also, when ordering for an event, it's helpful to order as early as possible so that we may replace orders that have a large amount of damages. The purchaser will need to file a claim with the carrier immediately upon receipt of your order for damages, delay, or loss. Once your order is given to the carrier Memories in Chocolate, Inc. has no control. Insurance will be offered and is strongly suggested!

Since all of our products are custom-made (which is exactly why they are so popular) no cancellations will be accepted once your order enters the processing stage. If you order very far in advance of your event, we will contact you just prior to making your items to make sure you want to continue with your purchase. We love having advance notice of large orders, and, we are happy to accept a deposit on large orders placed well in advance. Please call us at 727-504-3826 to arrange this. All final payments will be due 2 weeks in advance of the ship date.
