Q: Can I use hard copy pictures (not in digital form)?

Yes, we can use real hard copy pictures (not in digital form). You will need to send us the picture in a photo mailer (lined in cardboard to protect your picture from bending). If possible, please don't send us your only copy of the picture. Mail the picture to:

Q: How long does it take until I receive my order?

We usually can ship within 2 weeks of receving your order, but it's always nice to have as much advance notice as possible.

Q: How do I specify when I would like to have you ship my order?

When ordering, there is a field where you can specify the ship date.  Please keep in mind that we ship Monday - Thursday depending on shipping option you select.  Please choose your arrival date carefully as we don't like chocolate to sit over the weekend.  In other words, packages can never arrive on a Monday.  They can arrive on a Tuesday only if you choose overnight shipping.  If you are unsure of which type of shipping to choose, just give us a call at 727-504-3826, we'd be happy to guide you. 

Q: I don't see a ribbon that I like, what do I do?

We are happy to try to provide you with a ribbon that matches your theme. Please use the special instructions box (you will see this as you are placing your order)to specify a different ribbon. Please understand that we may have to charge a little extra for certain non-stock ribbons.  Don't worry, every order is reviewed as soon as we recieve it, so if your ribbon is hard to find we'll let you know right away.  Since we specialize in wedding favors, we are quite used to accomodating special requests!

Q: Can you deliver my favors to my reception hall on the day of my event?

Yes! if you live in the Tampa Bay area I'd be happy to do that, and I'll even set them out for you according to your instructions. Please book your event early if you'd like this service. Pricing for this service is based on location, so please call me at 727-504-3826 to arrange this.

Q: Do you make chocolates in shapes to match a specific theme?

Yes! There are thousands of molds available. Just drop me an e-mail at jerilyn@memoriesinchocolate.com or call me at 727-504-3826 and let me know what you're looking for. I'll search my suppliers to find a mold for you. Occasionally we can't find a specific mold that will work for you, but we may be able to make one, or come up with something else that will meet your needs. Please contact me as far in advance of your event as possible for this type of request!

Q: Does my order need an ice pack, and what is the charge?

In the summer months or in warm climates, we recommend shipping your order with ice packs, and we will do this at NO EXTRA CHARGE. The only additional cost would be in the shipping due to the extra weight of the ice pack (1.5 - 3 lbs depending on how many packs you'll need). Try to plan for someone to be available when your order arrives, otherwise the chocolate will eventually melt if exposed to temperatures over 75 degrees. It's a great idea to ship to a business address if possible.  We can not be responsible for orders that melt when left outside.  Additionally please remember that all our handmade items ship from Florida, so if you are ordering in the warm months (for FL that's April - October) you will need to choose overnight or 2nd day air AM delivery.  The only exception is if you are close enough for Ground shipping to arrive the next day anyway.  In other words, if you live in FL or southern GA, your delivery will be in 1 day if you select UPS ground.  We can't guarantee shipments that are not shipped as per our suggestions.  To see ground times for UPS click here http://www.ups.com/maps and type in 33774 for the zip code.  Our photo on chocolate items can ship from Florida or Michigan, we'll select the location based on your address and the weather at the time of your order.  We may elect to ship your items in a cooler, however, the coolers are large and will be more expensive to ship due to the size of the box. 

We want your order to arrive in good condition.  Your shipping price will be estimated on our site when you place your order, however, please be aware that we may need to make adjustments to the shipping price based on the size of the box your order will be placed in, the weather, and your location.  We will review your order with you prior to processing your credit card so if the shipping will be too expensive you can change or cancel your order.  Do you have more shipping questions?  Just give us a call at 727-504-3826 and we'll be happy to guide you.
